The Smart AI Business Assistant (Digiratina AI) is an internal initiative that brings together intelligent analytics and conversational design to enhance productivity and decision-making. It delivers predictive insights and provides a natural, human-like chat experience that simplifies how users interact with information and workflows, enabling businesses to take meaningful actions with their data.

Interaction UI Design

Each user role, including Super Admin, Company Admin, and General User, was designed with a dedicated flow to ensure relevance and efficiency. The onboarding process provides step-by-step guidance to new users, helping them understand key features and complete tasks with confidence. Subtle visual cues and motion feedback enhance usability, creating a smooth and engaging experience throughout the interface.

Outcome & Impact
